Critical Thinking

Critical thinking is the intentional, systematic processing of facts to make better decisions and have a more complete worldview. It is a skill set that sadly most people are not taught. The purpose of critical thinking is to make connections between relevant facts and stories in order to evaluate information while minimizing biases, assumptions, and beliefs.

Our nature is to be meaning-making machines. The left side of our brain creates meaning and connections where none exist. As a result, we often create stories from limited facts, resulting in beliefs and biases that keep us from making well-informed decisions that bring us closer to our goals.

We must learn to sift through and move past our existing stories, beliefs, and biases in order to find new truths. It is through this process we can find our greatest meaning, purpose, and clarity.

Through our unique coaching program, we guide and teach you how to understand and identify your path to critical thinking.
